The Collection is a webshop and not a physical store, so it is not possible to collect your order.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are €3.95. When you spend €35 ​​or more, the shipping costs will be borne by us and you will receive your order free of shipping costs.

Can I return my order for free?

Unfortunately, return costs will not be reimbursed.

Can I exchange my gift voucher for money?

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange your gift voucher for cash or a refund via the bank.

Do I get a refund if I return my order that was paid for with a gift voucher?

The order that has been paid for with a gift voucher and is returned cannot be exchanged for cash or a bank refund. You will receive a new gift voucher from us for the value of the returned goods.

How long is my gift voucher valid?

Your gift voucher has no end date and remains valid indefinitely.

Once you redeem your voucher, your redeemable code will expire and you will not be able to use your gift voucher again.

The gift voucher is for one-time use.

Is the jewelry safe for children?

Our jewelry is not suitable for children under 36 months due to the risk of choking. Our jewelry is not a toy, so please keep it away from babies and children!

What material is the jewelry made of?

The jewelry is made of 316L Steel, Stainless Steel, Precious Metal and on a number of products decorated with a Swarovski stone.

With which organization will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped with DHL and are provided with a tracking code. Considering the possible value of your order, this is the safest option.

In addition, DHL offers a very clear tracking system and the shipping costs are the lowest. A win-win situation.


Will I be notified when my order has been received and shipped?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation by email immediately after placing your order.

You will also be notified by email when your order has been received by DHL.

You can then track your order yourself.

What happens to my email and address details?

I need your email address to send you a confirmation of your order. Your email address will then be passed on to DHL. DhL only uses your email address to inform you of the status of your order. You agree to this during the final order process.

Protect your jewelry against scratches and/or dents, so do not wear it while exercising, sleeping, showering, doing housework or other rough similar work.

Avoid contact between the jewelry and chemical products, such as perfume, hair spray, body lotion, heavy medications (such as corticosteroids, prednisone, etc.), cleaning products and agents found in swimming pools.

Do not clean your jewelry with heavy chemicals or a cloth that is too hard.
