Recipe: Homemade Chocolate Letter with Festive Decoration
Ingredients:
For the chocolate letter:
- 200 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Optional: nuts, dried fruit, or cookie crumbs for extra texture
For the decoration:
- White chocolate, composed
- Colorful sprinkles, chocolate curls, sugar-coated pearls, etc.
- Edible glitter (optional)
- Small dried fruit candies for extra decoration

Chocolate letter:

Break the dark chocolate into pieces and smoke it in a bain-marie or carefully in the microwave. Stir regularly to get a happy mixture.

Add the butter to the combined chocolate and stir until the butter is completely incorporated.

If you want to add additional ingredients, such as nuts, dried fruit or cookie crumbs, gently mix them into the chocolate mixture.

Pour the chocolate mixture into a chocolate letter mold or form a letter yourself on baking paper using a template.

Let the chocolate letter harden in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Decoration:

Melt the white chocolate using the same method as above.

Remove the chocolate letter from the refrigerator and drizzle the individual white chocolate over the letter.

While the white chocolate is still soft, decorate the chocolate letter with sprinkles, chocolate curls, edible glitter and other festive decorations of your choice.

Add small dried fruit candies for extra color and flavor.
