If you want to hang a wall circle, you can do so very easily with this hanging system.
Product description Hanging plates
Hanging panels quickly and easily is no problem, thanks to a simple hanging system. The plates are made of galvanized steel with a thickness of 1 mm and the double-sided tape ensures that you can stick the plate to the panel.
Getting started with the installation
The mounting plates are supplied as a complete set, including two spacers, a wall hook, a plug and a screw. In the downloads below you will find the installation instructions, which explain how to attach the mounting plates to a panel.
You can choose from:
4 x 4 cm for a plate of maximum 1 kg
7 x 7 cm for a plate of maximum 3 kg
10 x 10 cm for a plate of maximum 6 kg
10 x 20 cm for a plate of maximum 12 kg
Packaged per set:
- 1x cylinder head screw of 4 x 30 mm
- 1x nylon plug of 6 x 30 mm
- 1x wall hook
- 2x self-adhesive transparent spacers
- an alcohol wipe
This hanging system is suitable for indoors and outdoors.
When using two mounting plates, the maximum capacity does not double, it increases by approximately 70%
Edit
1) Allow the panel and mounting plate to acclimatize to room temperature (20°C).
2) Remove the protective film from the back of the panel.
3) Determine the location of the mounting plate in the middle, 1/4 distance from the top. Clean this area with the alcohol wipe and dry with paper towels.
4) Stick the mounting plate on the panel and press it firmly for 20 seconds.
5) Apply pressure to the mounting plate with a heavy object (15 kg) and let it rest for 1 hour.
6) Wait 24 hours before hanging the panel.
NB; not suitable for plexiglass with print on the back.
