Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 3:00 PM on workdays the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

If you choose to collect your order, you can do so at our collection location at:

You cannot exchange or return your order at this location. View the return regulations in the footer menu of our page.

The consumer is responsible for entering the correct address and contact details. We assume that you fill in the delivery address and contact details truthfully. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect entry or you have entered an incorrect email address or telephone number, we are not responsible for incorrect delivery or for the fact that we were unable to keep you informed about the delivery. .

Sometimes the house number is missing, we always contact the customer before sending the shipment. If the email address or telephone number is incorrect and we cannot reach you, the order will be canceled and your purchase amount will be returned to the account you used to pay.

Delivery is via the postman or postman DHL . In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm or possibly later in the evening. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
