Guarantee
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport. You are requested to report this immediately via administration@thecollectionbychantalstijner.nl or via Facebook messenger. In this case you can also use the contact form.
We cannot guarantee the pilling/fluffing of the clothing.
If an item is broken, you are requested to look at how you treated the item yourself. Have there been any wear spots in places you often sand? How did you wash and treat the item?
Do you wear the item often and for long periods of time?
Given the price/quality ratio, we cannot give a guarantee on the clothing.
There is also no warranty on the jewelry. We work with well-known brands and trust that the jewelry can be worn according to what is reasonable for the price and quality. Here you will find additional information on how to keep your jewelry beautiful for the longest time. We therefore ask you to adhere to this.
