We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport. You are requested to report this immediately, via thecollectiononline@outlook.com . You can also use the contact form in this case.
We cannot guarantee that the clothing will not pill.
If an item is broken, please look at how you treated the item yourself. Are there any signs of wear and tear, in places you often rub yourself? How did you wash and treat the item?
Do you wear the item often and for long periods of time?
Given the price/quality ratio, we cannot give any guarantee on the clothing.
There is also no guarantee on the jewelry. We work with well-known brands and trust that the jewelry can be worn, according to what is reasonable for the price and quality. Here you will find additional explanations on how to keep your jewelry beautiful for the longest time. We therefore ask you to adhere to this.
